We created Bison with a vision that families benefit from 3 simple concepts. Plan, Protect, and Prosper. Bison was founded by The Terry and Kim Pegula Family Office known as East Asset Management in conjunction with operating partner Teton Capital Partners founded by Brad Ball and his team of executives.
As Terry Pegula rose from petroleum engineer to Billionaire Oil and Gas Entrepreneur, Philanthropist, and Professional Sports Team Owner the family was amazed to see all the products, services, and capabilities that became available to them. Bison seeks to make these family office tools available to Bison clients.

Davia develops strategies and programs and then collaborates with the QTR team to drive distinguished outcomes and help create a great experience for our clients. Armed with both an MBA and an MPA, Moss speaks the language of the chief executive as well as today’s savvy consumer. Moss is a recognized thought leader around the topic of business growth, authoring published best practices articles and earning the i4Business Spirit of Collaboration Award in 2019*. As a certified agile project manager, she’s known for her talent for collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups to build momentum and deliver meaningful results. Her experience spans several sectors — from professional services to healthcare to public services agencies.
When not spending free time with her husband, Lex, and daughter Lexie, you can catch her enjoying the great outdoors on the tennis courts or the golf course.
Degrees and Credentials:
Davia holds a BS in English Ed., a Master of Public Administration from the University of Central Florida, and an MBA from Florida Metropolitan University.
