Bison was founded by The Terry and Kim Pegula Family Office known as East Asset Management in conjunction with operating partner Teton Capital Partners founded by Brad Ball and his team of executives.
As Terry Pegula rose from petroleum engineer to Billionaire Oil and Gas Entrepreneur, Philanthropist, and Professional Sports Team Owner the family was amazed to see all the products, services, and capabilities that became available to them. Bison seeks to make these family office tools available to Bison clients.

Janet serves as Managing Director and Partner for Bison Wealth, LLC. In her role, she proactively advises her clients on estate and retirement planning to help build custom wealth plans to achieve their long-term goals. Janet has a deep background in estate planning and fiduciary administration.
Before joining Bison Wealth, Janet served as SVP and Senior Fiduciary Strategist for Key Private Bank for over 6 years. Prior to joining Key Private Bank, Janet served as Fiduciary Strategist at Wells Fargo Bank where she was responsible for assisting with estate planning advice and solutions as well as the hands-on administration of trusts and estates to individuals, families, institutions, and non-profits.
Janet holds a CTFA (Certified Trust Fiduciary Advisor) and the AEP® (Accredited Estate Planner) designations. Janet lives and works in Northern Palm Beach County with her family. Janet is an active member of the community with memberships to the Palm Beach County Estate Planning Council, Impact the Palm Beaches and the Professional Endowment Committee of the Rehab Center for Children and Adults of Palm Beach, FL. Janet is also a subscriber and supporter of the Loggerhead Marine Life Center.
Janet and her husband have lived and worked in the area their entire lives and enjoy being active in their community and all that South Florida has to offer.
