Bison was founded by The Terry and Kim Pegula Family Office known as East Asset Management in conjunction with operating partner Teton Capital Partners founded by Brad Ball and his team of executives.
As Terry Pegula rose from petroleum engineer to Billionaire Oil and Gas Entrepreneur, Philanthropist, and Professional Sports Team Owner the family was amazed to see all the products, services, and capabilities that became available to them. Bison seeks to make these family office tools available to Bison clients.

Parimal is the Chief Compliance Officer for Bison Wealth and has over 20 years of experience in compliance, trading, and operations within the investment management and financial services industries.
Parimal began his career at NBC Securities in Birmingham, AL where he started in investment operations and later ran the broker dealer’s trading desk responsible for equity and fixed-income trading. He later worked at Invesco, a global asset manager with over $1.5 trillion in assets under management. Parimal started as a compliance officer supporting the global asset allocation investment strategy and progressed to a director in the compliance department leading a team of 10 compliance professionals supporting Fixed Income and Multi-Asset investment strategies. Parimal has extensive experience in all aspects of compliance including working on complex regulatory change initiatives within investment management and working directly with senior regulators and trade associations. He also led multiple regulatory examinations for the global firm.
Parimal graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a B.S. in Finance and earned an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He holds the FINRA Series 4, 7, 24, and 65 licenses.
