Chad began his wealth management career in 2006 at Wachovia Securities. Two years later, he joined his brother and lifetime mentor, Wes, at Merrill to form what was previously known as the Hunter Group. Chad is a proud graduate of Lafayette College in Pennsylvania where he earned his undergraduate degree in Business and Economics and was a member of the football team. For three consecutive years, Lafayette won the Patriot League championships, with Chad earning honors on the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

A native of Orlando who was raised with Wes by a single mother, Chad is committed to the well-being of the wider community. He supports a number of charitable organizations, including the Central Florida Boys and Girls Club, Habitat for Humanity, Second Harvest Food Bank, and cancer research and patient-support organizations, particularly those that have been instrumental to his family and friends.
In his free time, Chad likes to follow college and professional football, play golf, travel, and work out. He summited Mount Kilimanjaro in 2020, achieving a long-held dream.
